The daughter of Katie Ford, former chief executive officer of Ford Models, and celebrity hotelier André Balazs, owner of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont and the Chiltern Firehouse, has taken another step to become a household name after signing to IMG Models.

The 28 year old, who hadn’t been represented for modelling previously, has worked as an actress on TV and films including Showtime’s Shameless and the 2010 big screen comedy-drama Greenberg, alongside Greta Gerwig and Ben Stiller in. Though not unfamiliar to being in the public eye, given that she was romantically linked to Russell Brand and that her father was in relationships with Uma Thurman and Courtney Love, the New York native's contract with IMG Models, which reps Gisele Bündchen, Kate Moss, Miranda Kerr and Heidi Klum, promises more international exposure for her future.
